What does Artzy.art mean and how did you come up with the idea?
It all started with a mix of curiosity, frustration and a deep love for sculpture.
Sculptures and their ability to create a mystique and enhance the beauty of a place have always fascinated me. And where through the right lighting and shadows you can enhance the three-dimensional experience.
I have always been drawn to the creative process – not just the finished work, but the messy, magical journey of transforming an idea into something you can actually touch, feel and connect with.
I wanted to make it possible for everyone, regardless of experience, to be able to influence and design their own sculptures in the same way you make beautiful portraits or paintings.
And so Artzy.art was born. I didn’t just want to start a company. I wanted to create a kind of creative universe – where tradition meets technology, where sculptures tell stories and where everyone can find a way to express it.
