Hans, what does Artzy.art mean and how did you come up with the idea?
It all started with a mix of curiosity, frustration and a deep love for sculpture.
Sculptures and their ability to create a mystique and enhance the beauty of a place have always fascinated me. And where through the right lighting and shadows you can enhance the three-dimensional experience.
I have always been drawn to the creative process – not just the finished work, but the magical journey of transforming an idea into something you can actually touch, feel and connect with.
I wanted to make it possible for everyone, regardless of experience, to be able to influence and design their own sculptures in the same way you make beautiful portraits or paintings.
Johan, what does Artzy.art mean and how did you come up with the idea?
Sculptures have always fascinated me because they bring ideas, emotions, and stories to life in a tangible form.
Sculptures invite you to see and feel art from every angle — to walk around it, touch its texture, and experience its presence in space.
I love how sculpting transforms simple materials like clay, stone, or metal into powerful expressions of creativity and humanity.
For me, sculptures are more than just art.
